Real Steel looks like family garbage. Short Real Steel.

Real Steel is by the numbers, but enjoyable; hard not to be, they pretty much lifted the boxing story straight from Rocky. The CGI is solid.
ReplyDeleteNot moist for either of these, though I should be for Ides. Real Steel? It'll be lucky if I catch it on video ever. Eh, who am I kidding - I'll check it out eventually.
ReplyDeleteI expected not to be too excited about RS, but the uplifting trailers got to me. Its sentimentality is what's lacking in the Transformers franchise. Despite being over 2 hrs, it flies by. Whenever you do succumb, you won't regret it, at least not much.
